Practicing sun salutations keeps the body active throughout the day. Practicing sun salutations for just 15 minutes at sunrise or sunset can de-stress you. But to do this practice, at least two conditions must be met. Must do an empty stomach.
8 yogas and repetition of 4 yogas are practiced before performing yogas by facing the rising or setting sun. You can do sun salutation in the morning on an empty stomach or in the evening, at least 5 hours after taking food. The 12 steps of Surya Salutation must be practiced sequentially.
